Founding of Complete Care Consultancy Centre P/L

While working in Illawarra hospitals, Rhonda noticed that many adults missed out on nutrition support because they did not meet eligibility criteria. This included patients being discharged from hospital as well as people diagnosed in general practice. To address this gap, she established Complete Care Consultancy Centre P/L (CCCC).

At CCCC, the focus is on providing nutrition support in the community for adults living with chronic health conditions. The approach includes:

  • Knowledge – about managing chronic health conditions, explained without unnecessary complexity
  • Practical strategies – actionable steps for managing health in daily life
  • Empowerment – supporting informed decision-making about health
  • Coordination – connecting with other health professionals as needed to support care

Many clients come to CCCC following recommendations from doctors and other health professionals, while others find the service through word of mouth.
